Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business, serving insurance and highly regulated markets, has officially been certified as an agency with the Department of Education to provide Flexi-Job Apprenticeships, pioneering a new approach to apprenticeship training.

As a registered agency, Davies is now one of just 30 certified to provide Flexi-Job Apprenticeships which allow learners to move from company to company while continuing their respective programmes.

Flexi-Job Apprentices will have the opportunity to conduct short-term placements across various sectors and businesses, gaining valuable experience and skills in their chosen field while benefiting from a wide range of learning opportunities.

It is also hoped the scheme will attract and benefit talent who haven’t been actively looking for a career in insurance. It’s an additional avenue to recruit and retain top talent in the sector and will enable learners to compare insurance roles with jobs in other highly regulated industries, helping to meet the industry’s increasing demand for top talent and highly skilled professionals.

Davies will be responsible for arranging placements with host employers and managing the ongoing relationship once an apprentice has been accepted onto one of its Flexi-Job Apprenticeship programmes.
